Co-Founder

Alex Valvassori is one of the Co-Founders of Complia.  Alex has more than five years of experience working in the cannabis industry.  Prior to founding Complia, Alex worked for a number of leading cannabis companies acting as  as Chief Compliance Officer.  Alex also previously served as the Chairman of the Colorado Cannabis Chamber of Commerce Compliance Council.  Prior to his time in the cannabis industry, Alex worked in financial services.  Alex is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where he majored in Chemistry.

Co-Founder

Hari Gopalakrishna is one of the Co-Founders of Complia. With more than 15 years of experience in enterprise content management, product development, and strategy, Hari is an expert at building scalable cloud-based solutions, world-class technology, and distributed product teams. Hari enjoyed his first exit after selling a high-performance document management system to the Department of Veterans Affairs.  Hari earned his B.S. in Physics and M.S. in Computer Science. He is also a graduate of the Founder Institute. Hari has held a wide range of technology leadership, architect, and product development roles at companies including TD Bank, Key Bank, and HP.
